Should you be dissatisfied with the preparation of your tax return and choose not to have Fast Tax file the return, we will refund in full your tax preparation fee paid to Fast Tax.

If your Fast Tax preparer makes an error on your return, Fast Tax will pay any penalties that might be incurred because of such an error. Please note that you are responsible for any taxes that might have been due had the error not occurred.
